Technical Proposal
The technical proposal will be developed in close connection with the specifications of each separate procurement procedure in respect with the requirements of the data sheet, book of specifications, request for clarifications received and the detailed award criteria.
The technical proposal may contain, depending on the requirements of the public tender procedure detailed in the data sheet, book of specifications and received request for clarification:
- Execution methodology – complete description of the works to be executed
- The work plan – the list of standards and regulations valid by legislation
- Quality Plan – quality control plan, description and detailing of handling the execution control inspection and measures imposed to ensure the conformity of the works quality tests defined by legislation during the execution of works, laboratory tests
- Technical Execution Procedures – The purpose of the procedures is to specify the actions, technological phases, machinery, tools and materials necessary for the execution of all the works within the project in accordance with the normative standards and the applicable legislation, the law on quality in construction Law no. 10/1995
- Information on inert waste management, quality of execution, environmental protection
- How to ensure access to the necessary and mandatory specialists (Project manager, site manager, RTE, CQ manager, OSH manager)
- Environmental protection measures plan (environmental impact mitigation plan, supervision, control and monitoring)
- The plan regarding the measures to supervise the works during the granted guarantee period
- Physical chart
- Gantt chart with critical path highlighting
- Project personal histogram
- Site organization with specific drawing
- Organizational Chart
- Presentation of the Integrated Management System
Financial Proposal
We use the “eDevize” program to prepare quotations, which we also use to generate centralizers, material resource table, machinery and labor tables, work statements, lists and technical sheets for equipment.
We deliver complete financial proposals – quotations, centralizers, statements, construction completion stage and value charts. We pay close attention to pricing, try to quote market average values, then modify them according to the client’s requirements so that we arrive at a competitive value.
The financial proposal is the last step for accepting the offer as valid, for this reason the award criteria must be met and the legislative valid by legislation must be met.
We pay great attention to the correctness in the work of the financial offer by the fact that they are carefully checked before the moment of final handover.
We draw attention to the notification of inconsistencies in the project / list of quantities and on demand we ensure support in filling the requests for clarification.
The price per hour of labor will not be below the minimum wage in the economy.
